Though in my opinion Logon Studio is not an ideal tool to build a logon, still most of us use Logon Studio to make a logon. Because, it is easier to use Logon Studio for a logon than to write its script manually from the scratch.
As I’ve seen for a long time that most of the logons that are made with Logon Studio don’t have any shutdown massages, I decided to make a tutorial on how to include those three shutdown massages in a logon that is created with Logon Studio.
Open the Logon Studio → click on the ‘new’ button for creating a new one → ‘Create New Logon’ dialogue box will come → fill the necessary fields → click on ‘Create’ → click ‘OK’ button that appears on the ‘Warning’ dialogue box.
Now Logon Studio Editor will open.
Insert pictures in the top, center and the bottom panel. Optionally you can omit the top panel. You can omit dividers also. All these depend on your choice.
Select the ‘Center Panel’ now → look at the ‘Properties – Center Panel’.
Select the item ‘Logo Picture’ → a small box will then appear at the right-side of the column → click on it → ‘Edit for Picture’ dialogue box will appear → select the option ‘Use Picture’ → click on ‘Browse’ → select a picture found most suitable for your logon → click ‘Open’ → click ‘OK’ → save your logon.
Restart your machine and see the difference between your logon and the one prepared in this method.
Some of my logons I created in the above described method. For example, 'Goodbye Windows', 'Devdas - a saga of love', 'Mystic', 'WindowsXP Pirated Edition - All rights violated', 'Mystic Rebirth'.
